STORE POLICY
**PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING**
By placing an order with Anchored by Lexi, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the policies outlined below.
PAYMENTS
Projects $150 and Under: Full payment is required before work begins.
Projects Over $150: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. Unless otherwise stated, invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receipt. Unpaid invoices may result in the cancellation of agreed-upon pricing, availability, and project timelines.
Any remaining balance is due within 24 hours of final design approval. Final, unwatermarked files will not be released until the remaining balance has been paid and cleared.
Payments made outside of the Place an Order section of the website may be processed through Stripe Invoicing and are subject to an 8% processing fee. Cash App may also be available upon request.
No project will begin until the required payment has cleared.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change at any time. Quotes are valid for active projects for up to 15 days from the date issued.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the custom nature of design services, payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
If a project is canceled after work has started, payment for completed or partially completed work will not be refunded. Any concepts, drafts, or unfinished designs that have not been fully purchased remain the property of Anchored by Lexi.
If Anchored by Lexi is unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or an emergency, a project credit may be issued. Credits are valid for 45 days from the date issued.
In the event that a refund is specifically agreed upon, the refund will not exceed 10% of the total project cost, with a maximum refund of $50.
INITIAL CONCEPTS & OWNERSHIP
All drafts, previews, concepts, and initial design work are provided for review and approval purposes only. These materials remain the intellectual property of Anchored by Lexi until the project has been paid in full.
Unselected or unpaid concepts may not be used, reproduced, altered, distributed, or recreated without written permission.
Final ownership rights apply only to the completed design selected and paid for by the client. Unused concepts remain the property of Anchored by Lexi.
REVISIONS
One round of revisions is included with each design project unless otherwise stated.
Revisions include reasonable adjustments such as spelling corrections, text changes, color changes, font adjustments, or minor placement changes.
Major layout changes, a change in the original creative direction, or requests for an entirely new design are considered a redesign and will require an additional fee.
Additional revision rounds are $50 per round.
CONCEPTS, CONTENT & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary project information, including accurate wording, names, dates, contact information, high-resolution photos, logos, brand colors, and other requested materials.
Please review all submitted text for spelling, grammar, dates, names, and other important information before sending it.
The quality of the final design may depend on the quality of the images and materials provided. Anchored by Lexi cannot guarantee high-resolution results from low-quality, blurry, cropped, or pixelated images.
Stock photography, specialty fonts, or other licensed creative assets may require additional fees.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any copyrighted photos, logos, graphics, or other materials they provide. Anchored by Lexi is not responsible for copyright violations involving client-supplied content.
CREATIVE CONTROL
When creative control is given, the client is allowing Anchored by Lexi to interpret the information, branding, and overall vision provided using its own creative style and professional judgment.
Creative control does not guarantee a specific design style unless references, inspiration, or clear preferences are provided before the project begins.
Requests to completely change the creative direction after an initial concept has been designed may be considered a redesign and will require an additional fee.
TURNAROUND TIMES
Estimated turnaround times will be provided before or at the beginning of the project.
Turnaround times are calculated in business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise stated.
Turnaround begins once payment has cleared and all required content and materials have been received.
Delays in submitting information, providing feedback, approving designs, or making required payments may extend the original turnaround time.
ABANDONED PROJECTS
Projects are considered abandoned when no communication, feedback, or required materials are received from the client for five (5) business days.
A reactivation fee of $50 for graphic design projects or $100 for web design projects may be required before work resumes.
All projects must be completed within three (3) months of the original project start date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Projects extending beyond this period due to client delays may be closed and cannot be reopened without starting a new order.
COMMUNICATION & APPROVALS
All important project communication, revisions, approvals, and changes should be submitted via email to maintain accurate records.
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing designs before providing final approval. Once final approval has been given, Anchored by Lexi is not responsible for errors that were approved by the client. Changes requested after final approval may require an additional fee.
FILE DELIVERY
Logo designs are delivered in high-resolution PNG format unless additional file types have been purchased or included in the selected package.
Other digital design projects may be delivered as JPG, PNG, and/or non-editable PDF files depending on the project.
Editable or source files, including PSD files, are not included unless specifically stated in the service description or purchased separately.
COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARKS
Clients are responsible for researching and securing any necessary copyrights, trademarks, or registrations for their final designs.
Anchored by Lexi does not guarantee that a business name, logo, slogan, or other design element is legally available for trademark or copyright registration.
PORTFOLIO & DESIGN CREDIT
Anchored by Lexi reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, promotional materials, or other marketing unless a non-disclosure agreement or other privacy arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
Completed websites may include design credit for Anchored by Lexi. Any privacy concerns regarding portfolio use or design credit should be communicated before the project is completed.
