STORE POLICY 

**PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER**

PAYMENTS

​

- Projects $150 and Under: Full payment is required upfront.  

- Projects Over $150: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before the project begins. All payments must be made within 48 hours of receiving the initial invoice. Failure to meet this deadline will nullify all agreed-upon terms and timelines.  

 

- Remaining balances must be paid within 24 hours of final design approval. Once the final payment is received and cleared, the completed design (free of watermarks) and final file types will be delivered.  

 

- Payments made outside of the "Place an Order" tab will be processed via Stripe Invoicing and incur an 8% processing fee. Cash App and Zelle are also available upon request. Project work will not commence until all payments are fully cleared.  

 

- Pricing: All pricing is subject to change. Quotes provided will remain valid for open projects or up to 30 days from the date issued.

REFUND POLICY

​

- General: Refunds are not provided for projects already in progress unless explicitly agreed upon. Payments made for partially completed work are non-refundable, and any unused or unfinished designs will remain the property of Anchored by Lexi.  

 

- Ownership: If a project is canceled after payment and partial completion, all rights to the work remain with Anchored by Lexi unless full payment has been made.  

 

- Force Majeure: In the rare event that the project cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness), a credit will be issued, valid for 45 days. Credits not used within this period are forfeited.  

 

- Agreed Refunds: If a refund is granted, it will not exceed 10% of the total project cost, capped at $50.

INITIAL CONCEPT

- All initial design work is for review and approval only and remains the intellectual property of Anchored by Lexi until final payment is received. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of unselected concepts is prohibited and may result in legal action.

REVISIONS

​

- Revision Limit: One round of revisions is included with each design project. Additional revision rounds will incur a $40 fee per round.  

- **Scope of Revisions**: Revisions are limited to minor adjustments such as color or text changes. A full redesign or layout changes will require additional fees.

CONCEPTS AND CONTENT

​

- Clients are encouraged to provide clear concepts, style preferences, high-resolution photos, and properly checked text to ensure optimal results. Stock images may incur additional licensing fees. Anchored by Lexi is not liable for copyrighted content provided by the client.

TURNAROUND TIMES

​

Estimated timeframes will be provided before project commencement and are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

ABANDONED PROJECTS 

​

- Projects will be deemed abandoned if no communication is received within five (5) business days. Abandoned projects will incur a reactivation fee of $50 for graphic design and $100 for web design.  

- Projects must be completed within three (3) months of commencement. Beyond this period, the project will be voided and cannot be reopened.

COMMUNICATION

​

All project correspondence, including changes and approvals, must be conducted via email to maintain accurate records.  

 

- File Delivery:  

  - Logo designs will be delivered in .PNG format.  

  - Other digital projects will be delivered in .JPG, .PNG, or non-editable .PDF formats.  

  - Source files (.PSD) remain the property of Anchored by Lexi unless separately purchased.  

 

- Copyright: Trademarking and copyright registration of final designs are the client’s responsibility.  

 

PORTFOLIO AND CREDITS

Anchored by Lexi reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio or for marketing purposes unless bound by a non-disclosure agreement. Completed websites will credit Anchored by Lexi as the designer unless privacy concerns are communicated before project completion.

CUSTOM MERCHANDISE  

​

- All custom merchandise sales are final.  

- Clients may request proof photos before shipping. Damaged items with photographic proof will be replaced, not refunded.  

- It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Anchored by Lexi is not liable for delivery errors due to incorrect addresses.
